Click on your profile picture and there's a small blue link under it that says "about verification". It will have you call a phone number, then enter the pin number they provide and then your phone number is verified. It's also safe to verify your bank account. By your connecting your account to your Facebook account, you can advertise your auctions on your profile page there, too - and there's a Listia group on FB. I joined it awhile back when I had 2 auctions going and I got a lot more watchers and better bids because of it. The other badges, you'll earn in time - for example, comments you make and receive, feedback, both as a buyer and seller, etc. After you hold a certain number of auctions, maintain 100% feedback and are a member for a specific amount of time, youll earn your "trusted seller" wings. If you have any questions or issues, at the bottom of every page on the right, there's a heading that says "Connect" - click on "Member Support" under that and it will take you to a page where you can fill out a "ticket".
