The dress is burgundy / deep pink on the top part with a cupcake picture appliqué - see pictures. the skirt is a pink and white polka dot pattern and has an underskirt (attached) with a tulle ruffle at the end to make the dress flare out.

aprox 20" long, 22" waist

Real soft and very pretty too.

This was a gift for my daughter but got stored away and forgotten. So she missed her chance to wear it.

My loss your treasure.

Look at the pictures, it is brand new!

(it does have a couple of dirt spots on the right side of the cupcake due to storage, no biggie a quick spot cleaning will take care of this.
