I agree with MediaTrader.. You have four negatives and you just started out, no seller's badge therefore no insurance.. Not a good start for you.. shows you are not trustworthy..

I did have my sellers badge and the previous winner asked me to relist this item. I had a death in the family and want around and they left negative feedback

I did send but they claimed they never received, i never did tracking back then either. Now i do so that doesn't happen
