The red light on it, shows that it is charging. They have a button on the top to answer calls, volume buttons on the side, and a mic on it so you can talk on the phone with them. The button on the top, is the power button as well. You hold it when turning it on, and it will flash red and blue when in pairing mode. The charger will be included, just not the USB wall adapter. It plugs into any wall adapter to charge, or you can hook it up via laptop or anything USB to charge.
