I have been doing The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga and it's pretty intense. You can 'feel the burn' in your muscles and it helps me feel better, but doesn't do as much as I'd like as far as weight loss. There's a little, but not much. I'm trying to find something to mix in with it.
The Biggest loser was a joke to me. I ended up giving the program for my WII away. Turbo Jam, Tae Bo, and P90x are the only ones that can kick my butt. LOL I have taken my neighbor's grandson, my freinds 2 daughters, step daughter and her niece and my own daughter out trick or treating.. They can't keep up with me. LOL I wish you luck with these ones. :) I guess my problem is, I spent most my childhood in martial arts and need the heavy physical stuff to keep me in shape.. the first dvd didn't even get me interested in it. :(
Oh yea, if you're used to the intense physical activities then those probably wouldn't work lol. My exercise has always been walking slowly through the woods, so anything with a little intensity works for me. Tae Bo and stuff at that level, I just can't keep up with lol. When I do get into shape though, I'm wanting to get into some kind of martial arts. Just got to get fit enough to be able to do it.
Wish I had some woods to walk through here. :) I just have the worlds second largest canyon.. Palo Duro Canyon which is about 12 miles from my house.. if you go in an air plain.
