Description
The listing, Kodak EasyShare Z712 IS digital camera has ended.
This is a great camera. It will include an unopened Fuji Class 4 8 GB SDHC card, but will NOT include two AA batteries to power the camera. I can email you the user's manual or you can download it free from the internet.

The regular batteries drain fairly quickly, especially is you're using the 'video' mode. I don't remember how quickly, though. Energizer Ultimate Lithium lasted me for at least a couple of months.
Just what I was looking for "awesome" Hope I win Fanned and watching! Way to go newb. Btw gin is get it now and you have to have some amounts of auctions under your belt before you can gin
I used this camera for years until I got the bigger one from my husband. I used both regular and lithium batteries (Energizer Ultimate Lithium). The lithium batteries definitely last a lot longer, but regular AA batteries work, also.
I've never used the cable. I think it's used if you want to share your photos online, but I've always just taken out the memory card and downloaded the photos onto my computer to look through and keep the ones I want for scrapbooking. So, no, it does not NEED the cable to operate and take great photos.

Thanks. I'm not sure how to add more info or how to revise the listing to a GIN listing...total newb here!
The eighth photo on the listing (which I just added) shows the camera on, sitting in the plastic stand, and the cable beside it. Remember, the camera DOES NOT come with the two AA batteries needed to activate it. Then, the date will need to be re-set if you want the correct date to show on properties. You can also have the date on the photo, something I never wanted done. Just email me for the manual or download it free online (probably easier). Good luck!
There is an update button on the top of your auction page you can click on that and it will allow you to add further information and or photos of your item up until the last day of your auction. Once it is in the last day of the auction you will no longer be able to update your auction. If your auctions do not have bids you will see and edit button at the top of your auctions pages that would allow you to add to the description/photos, but since there bids on this auction you would only be able to update information/photos which will reflect on your auction as an update.
Hope this information is helpful and good luck with your auction!
The camera works great! I just have a husband who likes to spend money on me and bought me a larger one. I don't know how to add GIN, but I should have thought of that. Keep watching and if I figure it out, I'll revise it (I know how to do all that on ebay, but I'm a total newb on Listia).
