I will custom make the winner a tutu. My tutus are made with tulle and ribbon. They are tied closed, so it enables you to be able to use them as your child grows! I will allow the winner to pick the colors (as long as I can find them or have them). I can make the tutu in any size requested....ranging from newborn to adult sizes.

As always....shipping is free :)

Thanks! I put it on my daughter and well...she just wanted to eat it. Everything in the mouth stage right now. So I couldn't get a picture of it on her because all the pictures are of her eating it -haha.

I have this tutu in the colors I do because of a Reinissance Festival we are going to, so it looks a little different color pattern wise than what I would do for you, unless you want it like this. When on this particular tutu is light in the front and dark in the back, but like I said there is a reason for it. :)

How long is the tutu does it go to their knees or is it short?

I have three lengths: mini - which just poofs straight out, knee length and floor length (the one in the pic is floor length on my daughter). The floor length one can me made into a dress on babies and toddlers. If you would like to do it floor length and want the option of making it into a dress just let me know and i will send the extra ribbon to tie around the waist :)

What measurements would you need to do one of these? I'd really love to get this but have no idea what parts you'd need measured.

Depends upon which length you want. If you want mini or knee length then just the waist, if you want floor length then waist and length from waist to floor :) HTH.
