Reversible coz you can wear it on the lace side or on the plain black side. Its got a 2.5 inches wide elastic waistband. Pretty sexy. Picture 5 shows the beautiful lace design (I just inserted a white paper under to show details).

no, not see through, its basically is a legging with lace layer on the outer, same way wear reversely lace underneath and the solid black fabric on the outside. make sense? its basically 2-in-1 legging. sorry cant lower the starting coz its basically will only covers for shipping. thanks
