Trple-Plus just means the item has been plated with silver 3 times. Here's some info I found online - "On plated silver the terms 'triple' and 'quadruple' indicate the number of coatings received by the base metal in the electroplating process. Naturally the more metal used in the plating the longer the piece should last."

What alltherage said. Triple-plus is plating, as is Quadruple-plate. It is strong, and should last, but not as expensive as sterling, although some patterns are worth more than others. I like the design in yours! :)

I believe it is silver plate not anything close to pure silver
