I don't have it with me right now but I bought it second hand from a library so it still has a bit of the sticker stuck on it and it has a stamp on the inside of the cover but it's perfectly readable.

I really have no idea, I'm in a boarding school and it's at home so I would have to go home to get it which might take a week and then mailing might take a few days...? But I would make sure that it gets to you.
