The listing, Beautiful girls tutu & headband!! has ended.

This is a cute red white and blue tutu created by me!
It was made for my daughter for the 4th of july but she didnt end up wearing it so i figured someone else can have it for either next year or just let their little one have it for play. It also has red white and blue stars on the tulle and the ribbon used for the waist is also red white and blue with stars. The waist measures 25" so it would fit a 5t or 6t.
The headband is red and was not made by me!
Unfortunetly i can not offer free shipping. But i do accept concealed cash which is temporary until i get my pp account all set to go. Us only!!!
