Just a heads up not stepping on toes by no means. Listia warned me about the not sending item. They have 7 day to become verified. I was informed of it was posted to one of my auctions again I would get the boot. Though I trully know why for sure. Its a beautiful item.

Wow, really (?). I'll have to change that... I wonder if I could just put: Please do not bid on Mly item until you are Listia verified or something to that effect...
I just started adding that because recently the last 12 actions I held had winners who werent Listia verified... So, there was no information on them !!!! I had to wait till they were ready or their 7 day "grace" period was up, whichever came first, to ship out the item... When you have between 8 and 14 auctions all up at one time, it sets me back and thing get screwed up... Especially when all the winners are wanting their item "Yesterday" !!!! I've, had people win my auction and message me 2 days later, ***** because e they haven't their item yet !!!! 2 DAYS !!!! Not to be an ass but simply put, it wastes a lot of time and I have a lot of other things to do... I realize they are new but when they become a member they agree to take the responsibility of reading, going over, understanding and abiding by certain terms... How many new people do you think actually read the section, which by the way, is on every single page, if you scroll down to the bottom, in the grey area - Very FIRST column: " HOW LISTIA WORKS " ??? Not many !!!
Anyway, that is my reasoning for including that... I appreciate your comment/advice... As i do, EVERYONES !!!! In fact I welcome it !!! Thank you for caring enough to give me a heads up... Appreciate it !!! :-D

I so agree. They imformed me very to the point that the only rules that apy are theirs. It does not matter what rules you put on your auctions. And warned me not to post my own rules.I know im tired of the disputes. I am on here alot and do alot of blocking. Its just how much time to you want to invest. Thats why I do all of mine with tracking. If it says delivered the dispute doesnt last as long. The mediator lets them know if it says delivered listia will give you your credits no waiting.
