Per the Pampered Chef website:
"Our ergonomic handle makes it even easier to create fancy vegetables and cheeses, and mince herbs. Includes a protective storage cover. Dishwasher-safe." and "Using the Crinkle Cutter is a decorative way to cut potatoes and lots of other vegetables. To use, place one end of Crinkle Cutter on the Cutting Board and use a rocking motion to cut through foods. Always keep the end of the Crinkle Cutter closest to your body firmly anchored to the Cutting Board and fingers out of the way."
