I always pay shipping and get a tracking number, however to keep doing that I need to make sure I'm getting enough on credits to cover that. I DO NOT put a tracking number on first class envelopes anymore. To put tracking numbers on them they have to be a certain weight and size. Cards and seeds do not fit that criteria.
So please no rude comments. And please under stand my reason for starting bids out so high TY :-) I'm on social security and have a limited income just like most of U
