I'm afraid this one might be to big. But I have another identical to it on auction and it is an x small and that one fits my 5 lb chihuahua so that would come closer to fitting I imagine.

Yes it should fit. Unless she's overweight but a average size spaniel it should fit.

I never saw any pics with measurements and uve answered other ppls questions but not mine. I have a shihtzu who weighs 15lbs. Her chest/girth is 19" & her length from mech to tail is about 10-11" so I need to know if this would my girl

I apologize. Yes it should fit your dog at 15 lbs. it's a Velcro strap so it's somewhat adjustable.
