hard to describe something this gorgeous & amazing with brilliant & breath taking colors~~ the fire opal is surrounded by orange garnet stones that take this ring to a whole new level.. this is a size 8 and is in a .925 sterling silver setting.
i purchased the ring for myself and wore it for a few days while i made the decision whether it was me or not, although it is truly amazing, it wasn't a ring i could wear everyday, which is what i am looking for~~

i will only send to listia verified addresses.

I have all the info in the description and in the title, but yes it is .925 sterling silver, sz 8.
Pure silver is too soft to hold shapes well and difficult to mold into everyday objects, where sterling silver is more durable and typically marked with the hallmark number 925, which indicates 92.5% pure silver.....What does .925 mean?
To make silver durable enough for use in jewelry, pure silver, which has a .999 fineness (99.9%), is often alloyed with small quantities of copper (7.5%). The copper is added to strengthen the silver and the resulting product is .925 sterling silver (92.5%). it is in the same packaging it came in under lock and key...it has not be exposed to smoke because we smoke outside...hope this helps
