There are 4 different types of FRAGILE self-adhesive labels here, 6 of each type, for a total of 24 labels!

The labels sizes are:
red - 5" x 3"
blue - 3" x 1"
3" x 1"
red - 1 1/2" x 1 1/2"

Shipping will be FREE ***with no tracking.

If you would like tracking, please let me know; the cost will be $2.32 payable to my PayPal account. If I don't hear from you letting me know you want tracking, I will send these for free without tracking.

You are correct: 1 to 3 ounces is $2.32 & that does not include tracking.
However, if you send that 1 to 3 ounce item as a package, tracking is included at no extra cost.

at my USPS office 1 to 3oz is STRICTLY $2.32 and USPS tracking is $1.05
the FREE tracking that you are talking about is the USPS internal tracking, if you want to go online and check your package using the USPS tracking system you have to pay the extra $1.05
