No need to be ride by saying duh. I was answering your question. There's no tag for this it's new never used. It's been washed and put in a nice with aall of my other items I have listed. I don't know if this would fit your 3 month old. I guess it depends on the weight and size of your baby. Sorry my answer isn't much help.
