The listing, COTTON SEEDS; Perfect for School, Science, or Craft Projects has ended.
This listing is for 10 cotton seeds. Boll not included.
Freshly picked good ol' Southern Alabama cotton seeds!
You don't need a garden to enjoy one of the most widely-used, multi-purpose natural resources. A single plant (even if you grow it in a bucket!) will give you lots of beauty and something to learn, not unlike the yearly lifecycle of a deciduous tree. They bloom with pretty pink flowers before the fluffy cotton makes its debut.
We gathered a few buckets of cotton stalks to make wedding flower arrangements. Martha Stewart used cotton stalks to make a beautiful wreath. Students can use the growth cycle as school and science fair projects-- or preserve the seeds, leaves, and cotton fibers to include in a class nature collection. I like to keep a few dried segments in apothecary and mason jars as part of my home decor.
