The necklace portion itself is made of hemp. There are two orange beads on each side of the middle charm, which as shown is a glass teardrop with an orange mushroom encased in it. The clasp is a metal ball on one end and an open ended hemp loop on the other. This is a bit small and fit more like a choker on an adult.
