I don't actually eat peppers myself because of a medical condition, but my husband describes then as similar to a bell pepper, but more sharp. Very crisp, but not necessarily spicy. I hope this helps!

Everyone does seems to enjoy them... I just can't eat them personally. In fact, most of my garden is stuff I can't eat that I'm growing for other people. In actuality the only thing in my garden I can currently eat, is squash.
