You don't sound mean.....to me. Maybe to some of the ignoramuses who write such discourteous, rude, hateful, ignorant or trouble-making remarks in the first place. I think all of us on Listia, at one time or another, have forgotten that it's all FREE, and the value you get out of it (material or intangible) is in direct proportion to what you put into it.
