do you think this would fit a build a bear bear or is it smaller?

The waist of the dress is only an inch and a half wide so I don't think it would fit a Build A Bear. I don't know to tell you the truth because my daughter doesn't have anything from Build A Bear. But you know how Minnie Mouse has a huge head, hands, and feet but her body is small....I don't know how to explain it better. It might even fit a doll thats small size. I would just measure the width of your Build A Bear with a ruler and see if it matches the measurements I gave above. TY = )
