I ship ALL my items except stamps in padded envelopes with a tracking #. no I WON’T ship in a regular envelope, items get damaged & lost when the envelopes go through the machines.

delivery confirmation is the best way to go, however if you mark a regular envelope HAND CANCEL it wont go through the machine. I have had mostly success doing this but one still went through the machine and the item was lost.
