They are not like a dark pea, they make a clear soup, great with fried or baked corn bread.

We are talkin about pure good home grown white peas'e here, also if you let them stay on the vine and turn yellow and then pick and spread them out to finish drying you will have more to plant, just shell them out and replant.

yum, girl, them things are so good! hard to find in Spanish Fort AL thou.. no body around here knows what they are! The ones I got from you year before last are still good, we planted them, and we have had more white peas.. Randy is tired of picking them.. got my freezer full anyway.. so will let the rest go to seed, a great big Thank you!
