I'd be careful telling people you won't refund credits if item is lost in the mail. Make sure you add a tracking number because if a dispute is opened and you can't prove you shipped item Listia will refund credits and PayPal will refund shipping charges.

thanks for the comments I have had two items were the person received the parcel and the contents were taken out so they did get the parcel someone in the delivery system took it, putting tracking on items costs more and a lot of people will not pay shipping and it is expensive, so some items go regular mail. other people post this as well because they have gone threw the same experience.
