Meet Britannia the Bear!!! Representing UK :) This TY Beanie was born on December 15, 1997 and introduced on December 31, 1997. It has the UK flag possibly ironed-on (not sewn) on its chest. I couldn't examine it close enough as it is still new in package. It's made of plain brown fabric and stuffed with plastic pellets or beans. Its dimensions are approximately 5.5in tall 3.25in wide and 1.6in thick. It weighs approx. 0.3 ounces. It is a smaller version of Beanie Babies that was included in McDonalds Happy Meal.
