7001 to 9000 = 6 games of your choice
9001 to 11000 = 8 games of your choice
11001 to 12000 = 9 games of your choice
12001 to 13000 = 10 games of your choice
13001 to 14000 = 11 games of your choice
14001 to 15000 = 12 games of your choice
15001 or higher = all games

According to your scale, the higher the bid, the less games you get per 1000 points??

Yes and no. There are both dead spots (less games per credits) and sweet spots. It's simply a varied scale that allows for both bidders and listers to get the most out of the listing.
