Questions & Comments
Good morning, hope your day is great ooOo0 very nice..I think it has my name on it ...hahaha watching, always a fan!!
Omg that's horrible, so sad to hear that..I'm disabled due to a fall and had spinal fusion of 3 levels, still in extreme pain nerve damage both legs ugh..please rest your back..whew people don't realize how much we cannot do with spinal problems..hugs my friend, hope you feel better soon
<hugs> to you too! It sounds like you have had your share of problems too. It's amazing how quick your life can change, isn't it? Up until about 4 months ago I was pretty much home bound but I started doing gentle chair yoga, stretching and walking and I worked my way up. I still have bad days (or weekends lol) but the yoga and stretching has been amazing for my back and I lost about 30 lbs...well 29 lbs but who's counting lol
That's fantastic congrats on your weight loss, unfortunately nothing more can be done for me and due to becoming sedentary I gained alot of weight..it's been 14 years since surgery..did you have surgery? How did you break your back. Oh my and twice...
Oh that's too bad, it's got to be really hard to hear nothing else can be done. I don't like to believe that when people say that - Ya never know!! My truck slid on black ice and rolled down a 150ft ravine, then 1 1/2 years later I fell and re-Broke the same vertebrae:( 2 years in a back brace was enough for me lol!
