These are a BNWT black southwest leggings. The tag says one size fits all, but I would say NO WAY to that. They are 37 in. long with quite a bit of stretch to fit longer and measure 13 in across at waist which would stretch I'm guessing to fit up to a 30 inch waist. So these should be classified size small/med, I think...which is why I'm giving them away here=\.
They have very nice zipper detailing on both legs.

Well, they are leggings and will bunch a little at the bottom if they are too long, they won't drag or anything. Its really hard to get leggings that are too long
because they gather up the leg if they aren't stretched out. I'd say yes, these will fit a size 0.
