WE HAVE DONE OVER 12545 LISTINGS HERE AND WE WOULDN'T HAVE 100% FEEDBACK IF THAT'S HOW WE DO TRANSACTIONS.
NOW If you sent a shipping fee and the listing number then your item was shipped. In cases such as that it could only mean that shipping was not paid.. or sent to the wrong person or perhaps still in transit.
