this is a T-MOBILE cell phone it comes with the bluetooth headset this phone is unlocked and ready to use all you have to do is put your t-mobile card in it i DO NOT have the charger for this phone it is almost charged except i turned it on as you can see in the pic so you can see the menu screen so you know it isnt locked sorry i CAN NOT do free shipping but i will ship the cheapest way possible it will i know fit in a flat rate small box which is like $5.00 but if i can find another way cheaper i will ty and happy bidding and good luck to all

usually you can get one off of ebay or something like that or at wal mart if you find it on ebay it shouldnt be much

sorry i dont know for how long when you open the phone it looks like new there is a what i call scuff on the front but it isnt bad it is light dont see any on the back of the phone
