The listing, Acer computer laptop has ended.

This has a beautiful brilliant red screen because it will not boot properly. I do not know if it's a motherboard simple repair do not know I tried everything I could think of. Good luck on the auction and enjoy! PS I will include the boot disks.

There is no parts missing all is intact just having software issues

It is an Aspire 5517 series

It's a lithium ion double zero battery it is as09a31 model number

The Battery Is With It LOL I Can See How YOU Could Think That lol. I took the battery out to power drain it to try to factory restore it. No luck though

Now as you can see after I put the boot disk in this red screen will appear and then it will disappear. Once in awhile I act like it wants to boot up but then the screen goes black. Like I said this computer was more likely for parts or something or maybe you know what's wrong and it can be fixed. It is what it is lol!

Looks like Vista or possibly 7. They don't expose the key codes for Windows 8 from what I recall.
