1984 p Kennedy half dollar

clad - not silver

counterstamped with dates 1960 and 1980

I have no idea what the dates are supposed to stand for.

Coin seems to have been dipped - it has a slight rosy gold tint on back and around front edges

This is a gimmic coin they were counter stamped and sold for 5 to 20 ea back in the day. They have a gold electro plate on them $ there not worth a spit of gold.
