This listing is for the Richard Simmons Foodmover complete system for losing weight as seen on tv. Easy to use, never feel hungry, and no counting calories. Personally I had luck with this for some time, but then developed celiac disease and eventually went the route of lapband surgery for my weight loss. Unfortunately this requires a lot of breads/starch which is complicated with a gluten allergy.
