i started with the zoe kit and loved it i now work with the Gen heat set paints but this is grate for the starter :) and yep it brings much joy very rewarding when a new baby is done grate auction

It is real neat! If you get real good at it is amazing what happens. I have a friend that does the babies. I have never meet her in person but a natural connection was made. Her work is incrediable. A gift from God. She takes her work with her to the grocery store, etc. All beleive the babies are real. She let's them hold the babies and usually it is someone who needs the healing from these babies. She places a prayer in each one of the babies heads. God work is done in all ways.

Wow, this was neat to read about. I have only heard of Reborns but not seen one yet. I don't have the time for a new hobby either but if I did this would be it.

I am not sure if the paint is gen heat. The bottles just say authenic paint. I am sure that the dvd will explian that. the 6 inch baby is not weighted. She can fit in a tea cup. So her weight is not a factor. Hair rooting and rooting tool is the following kit lesson #2 I believe. This is a beginner course #1. There was a product guide with the kit and it got seperated from the box and once I decided I was not going to follow through with the project I may have dumped it. If I find it I will send to winner at later date. Thank you for asking and hope this helps.

Are the paints gen heat set? and Does it come with weight for the body? and hair for rooting and a rooting tool?

i have a reborn baby,and just ordered one for my niece,for her birthday(she's being made with the same disability my niece has-1 arm shorter) these babies are ADORABLE,and i'd love to learn to make my own!

I also, have a reborn which I am going to send to a lady to do a re-do from a previous so called artist. She is a wreck and needs major attention. I was unable to have children.
