I usually wear 6 1/2 to 7 and they are a little big on me but not much, so they may or may not fit her, I think they are a true size 7.

True size 7, I wear 6 1/2 to 7 and my feet are swollen in the picture and so I say they are a true 7, I still had a tiny bit of room in the heel area. That's why I'm getting rid of all my heels. Arthritis in ankles has hit that point of nothing but flats for me.
