This Faceted Pedestal 24% Lead Crystal measures 6 ¾” tall comes with its own box. This beautiful bud vase is made in France (marked on the box) Verrerie Cristallerie D’Arques, J.G. Durand & Cie, Arques France.

This bud vase is new in box although I did find a manufacturing defect which I felt on the bottom of the base and can only be seen with a magnifying glass . The bottom of the base is a bit uneven which I took a close up photo of it. Does not take away from the beauty of this piece.

No chips or cracks other than the imperfection. It is missing its label. I do not know if this has been used, it appears not to be.

Care of fine crystal: To place fine crystal in an automatic dishwasher is to invite a cloudy, etched surface or the outright destruction of the piece. Instead, it is strongly recommended that crystal be washed by hand in warm water using but a small amount of detergent, followed by rinsing, then drying with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
