There is no charger...It requires 4 AA batteries not included :) It does come with a USB cord to hook up to your pc.

Thanks so much for stopping by...This was a gift to my son from my Cousin, he never used it. So it's used but new to us. It will be shipped priority. I've played with it some myself, as you can see in the pics, it all works great from the best of my knowledge. The camera works, has quite a few apps to play on. Hope this helps. Fanned you back :)
