This is one of my chi children Jackson :) He doesn't like this much but he makes a beautiful model :)

Approximately 10 Inches not counting the Velcro closure.

My home is very animal friendly and there has been smoking in the past

it is very cute, none of my babies tolerate collars or clothing so im going to give what i have left on here. ive never actually put one on a cat. im sure it would be a different experience if your cat is like mine and VERY opinionated :)

She's definitely extremely opinionated. And very talkative. She knows what she likes and doesn't like and has no problem telling you lol :)

What neck sizes would this fit! It's very cute and my cat tolerates a bandanna that slips over her collar now...so this might work!

i believe this would fit a neck size of 10 inches around. it is 10 inches long, not counting the Velcro closure so this would give some comfort room or the two finger rule for a 10 inch neck. i hope this helps. thank you for asking :) i think it is awesome that the cat will wear it!
