Brand new, sealed Ulta Lip Butter in Vienna. This was part of a limited edition set. I normally wear Urban Decay, MAC, Philosophy, Too Faced and Smashbox products so I wanted to pass this along to someone at a reasonable price who will enjoy it. The color is lovely.
