Cant lower bid sorry with bid on it. I always start my gift cards at same amount that I believe is fair because I do have tracking when sent. You get actual gift card. I would have to check about pin when I get home from work. Thanks will respond back after work have to look at it

On the back it says it Jackson a card number and a pin were you can scratch off

I prefer to mail with tracking but I can email if you would like but once emailed with pin there will be no tracking.
