Hi, it doesn't come with change pouch, (if you mean with like a zipper and everything?, then no) I dragged my husband for this purchase and he chose this one for its usefulness, craftsmanship (he said) and the style well, that's my dept. Lol. Its a great wallet and the only one I have left. Plus you wouldn't feel guilty getting it bc youre getting one for el hubs. Win, win :)

Thanks for the reply! Sorry, I should have been more descriptive in my question :) I meant more of a "pocket" for change. The one he has now has a pocket inside with a flap that buttons over it. He always complains that most wallets here (he's from Germany) don't have one and he won't carry one without it (picky picky! Lol). It is super nice though and I love anything MK, so may try to get it for him anyway and guilt him into using it regardless ;)
