Thanks so much! I even got to pet this one! Last trip our entire family took to Biloxi back in 1983...LONG before all the Casinos started interupting the beaches and corrupting the towns there. I loved the aquarium in what I think was a 'Sea World' if I'm not mistaken. That day, they were letting kids, and teens, sit in the water with the dolphins. There were 3 in this pool. When I touched it, it eeked at me...you know their squeek that they make?! Well, it kinda startled me and apparently the dolphin realized that I was startled, and came and lay it's head on my leg! I have had this love affair with Dolphins AND Whales ever since that day! I still smile when I think or speak of that vacation! I miss those times. Thank you for fanning me! I'll do the same for you if I haven't already. How about placing a bid? LOL.

Sea World is gone , thanks to Katrina , but we have dolphins in the bays :)

The 'plus' is for the dolphins still hanging in there with us in the bays. Katrina hit, and destroyed everything from Florida to Louisiana, and then right after that, RITA hit Louisiana right smack dab in the middle. right where my mom lives. They were blessed to be on a high spot, but had to go all the way to North Texas to find a place to park their camper. I was still there in Louisiana at that time. We road it out about 70 miles inland where the winds were kickin' at 80 mph STILL and this is a good ways inland! It didn't slow down but a smidgen until it got almost 150 miles inland. We had trees down, and 1 fell on the house. And were without everything for about 2 weeks. Had to pull out all the carpets, lost freezers filled with food. Lost LIVES! HOMES! BUSINESSES! Many never found. Many never returned. And then Sad, Katrina and Rita...very sad! And then what happened Harley?! You know what I'm talkin' about. FREAKIN' BP and 'companies' screwed our eco-system straight to Hades and back. I know you have some photos of the marshes during that mess Harley. But I bet they are very sad. I was already here in Oklahoma when Deep Water Horizon killed our states economy and our wildlife. But, I cried like I'd lost my own child when I found out! Thanks for sharing about my photos! I love the ones that I just received from you. I've got 2 frames ready and mats as well! They WILL BE in a place of honor. Next one I want autographed! You're the best Harley! THANK YOU!!
