Like I stated above, I'm sure what generation this iPod Touch is. It was gifted to me brand new in box, but i've lost the box and information during moves. It does have 8GB and a camera, I have had NO problems with it at all, I just don't use it much at all anymore. It would come to you restored to factory settings, so you might need a bit of knowledge since I don't have the instructions anymore. There are some scratches on the shiny side that I believe you can see in some pictures. The camera works just fine no problems ever. The front screen may have some minor scratches that are barely even noticeable. I have a cover case that's black with star for free, if interested let me know and I'll post a pic. Happy bidding! Includes charger.

You can check what gen it is by connecting it to your computer and looking at the device info in iTunes
