This is a new, unopened, quilt block kit, from Vogart Crafts, style # 8342A Floral Burst. The kit contains six ,18" , 50% cotton/50% polyester, stamped for embroidery or painting, and quilting, on permanent press fabric.

This listing is for one package containing six blocks (the only package I have). The front of the package states that 4 packages (24 Blocks) are needed to make one 64" x 96" finished quilt. I have no idea if it's possible to find more packages like this or not. While this package is in brand new, unopened condition, it is also VINTAGE. MCMLXXVII , which is 1977, is the date on the bottom of the package. Even if this is the only package you find, the six 18" squares would make a nice baby quilt or table runner.

The unopened package contains the six stamped blocks and easy to follow, illustrated, embroidery and quilting instructions. Binding, backing and batting NOT included. Kit also does NOT include embroidery floss or liquid embroidery paint."

As well as floss colors, the package gives paint tube colors. I'm sure these would be those tubes of liquid embroidery paint, with the ball point tips which were so popular in the 70's. I think you can still get then online, if you wanted to paint this kit instead of embroidering it. Personally, I'm partial to real live embroidery thread stitches, call me old fashioned I guess.
