Battery can be charged by USB ( 3 hrs. for full charge ), or by direct sunlight ( 8 hrs. for full charge ).Leash is black and bright pink in color and made of strong nylon fabric. When on, the glow looks more orange than pink. Has on/off switch so light will blink, or stay on. Sorry no GIN! Happy bidding!

No where on the package does it say how many pounds. I just quickly looked it up on Amazon, and the cheapest one was $9.45 + $4.99 shipping. Many more were much higher price. In my opinion this is a quality item, not cheaply made. Please google it!
