This Modem works perfectly. I bought this when I lived in an appartment and they made you use their ISP with the option of RENTING a modem. Since I'm frugal, I bought my own. Now I live in a house and my iSP supplies their modem free.

Just realized that we need a cable modem with a slot for phone line since our phone is ran through out broadband, so if anyone wants this you can outbid me, I only bid 251 so only 253 takes it from me

In the apartment I was in there was a cable jack. The modem connected with a coax cable. Are you saying that you have DSL internet service?

No We have Broadband Cable, But our phone service is through the cable company with the broadband too, so we need a modem that we can connect both our ethernet as well as our phone into
