LOL...I apologize..its supposed to be 8"...I must of fat fingered it....I have updated it to the right size and added another picture... Not quite sure if you can or not...but by looking at it, it looks like you can....I wear one of these myself and i did not need to adjust it, and I'm a pretty small guy.
