I had 2 of these same stones and they both looked the same though I am not sure if the picture is this one. The size is approximately 7 x 9 x 4mm. I labeled it Amethyst which I am pretty sure they are but because I don't have any proof of what they are I am not 100% sure. I think that it is genuine though I have no proof of that and do not know how to tell for sure. I have had all the stones that I am listing for 10 to 15 years just sitting and collecting dust. At the time I received any of them it was with the intentions of receiving genuine stone. Some were acquired from QVC and some were acquired elsewhere. Also if there is a flaw or it is damaged in any what that I can see I will note it. So please be aware that there may be flaws or damage that I did not see as I am not an expert at looking at stones. So having said this please be aware that I am stating that I believe they are all genuine though I am not 100% positive of that.
